Extremely disappointed with my experience ordered 4-layer bottlr holder but received a 3-layer after 13 days. Customer service insisted that i should accept the incorrect product and pay full price(12199), which is unacceptable. When i refused, the tone turned unpleasant and unprofessional. Unbelivable that a company would prioritize sales over customer satisfaction. Avoid this company if you value your time and money. Delayed delivery, and aggressive customer service. Will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed in their service and products.
